My work is rooted in the body.

I help people build emotional resilience, process what they're holding, and create safety within themselves, not by thinking harder, but by learning how to listen to the body.

Emotional Fitness is a practice. One that supports real life and the emotions we experience.

BAMM

A body-based practice for when thinking isn't helping anymore.​

BAMM™ is how we slow the mind by working with the body. 

​

Through simple, intentional practices you learn to release tension, build nervous system capacity, and reconnect to yourself in real time. 

​

This isn't about fixing yourself. 

It's about creating safety, clarity, and steadiness,  from the inside out. 

​

BAMM™ is woven throughout MYOMIE sessions and experiences, and can also be practiced on its own as daily support.

From helping clients heal past emotional wounds to supporting their fitness regimes, she is the total package.  Her remarkable work includes Pilates-based fitness which is how I am pleased to say I know her.  For more than four years I have attended her classes and private sessions.  Her background is varied which is reflected in our enjoyable, never boring, workouts.
